2012 - The Year We Take The Republic Back

Everyone is talking about 2012 with movies, documentaries etc....every prophecy devotee, biblical and not, have come out to discuss the possibility that the world may end at the end in December 2012.  Even those who do not believe the world will end have been talking about the world having a fundamental change or "shift."

While I don't follow the Mayan calendar, I DO believe that the coming year will be a turning point.

Things are falling apart in America; the economy failing, our manufaturing and employment base severely crippled, and the government stepping up its tyrannical, police-state tactics.  All 3 branches of government in America seem dead-set to set the stage for martial law.

Globally, nations are also failing for the same reasons.

 Riots have surged through the middle-east, Israel is threatening Iran, the regime change in North Korea has set the stage for an even more ruthless leader. China is ramping up all its efforts to completely destroy the American economy and force the world to remove the dollar as the world's reserve currency.

The recent passage of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011, allows the military to detain American citizens without charges or trial indefinitely!  This passed with an 86 to 14 vote.

Montana has responded by issuing recall campaigns against Senators Max Baucus and Jonathan Tester who voted for the bill. Montana is one of 9 states that have explicit provisions that allow the recall of its federal congressional delegation on the grounds of mental lack of fitness, incompetence, violation of the Oath of Office, official misconduct, or conviction of certain felony offenses. According to the 10th Amendment, all states also have this power to interpose against Federal legislation that violates the basic principles of our Constitutional Republic.

As I, Gerry Donaldson, have repeatedly asserted as a Constitutional Scholar, the act of violating the Oath of Office is an immediately impeachable offense. Blackstone's Commentaries was the legal and lawful guide that our founding father's Supreme Court used to define virtually all our rights and the duties and punishments for public officials. According to Blackstone's Commentaries, violation of the Oath of Office by a duly elected public servant is a treasonous offense!

Stewart Rhodes of Oathkeepers has now issued a response to all Oathkeepers, law enforcement and military, active and veterans, regarding this unconstitutional act.

·         To push for the impeachment of Public Officials who violate the Oath of Office to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” (Article II Section 1 and Article VI)

This web site was originally created by the Constitutional Review Committee and contains much of that old content.  We will continually add new content providing brief, informative reviews of current legislation found to be unconstitutional, along with the research.  All readers should contact their Public Servants regarding these violations of Constitutional Law. Our original project, and one that still has a great deal of value,  is an "Accountability Bill for Public Officials".  So far, we have hundreds of supporters with political organizations and supposed support in Congress. However, this bill has yet to be proposed.

This bill crosses party lines and, in our initial polls, 67% of Democrats and 78% of Republicans responded as being supportive of this bill.  We are looking for feedback and input as to the content of such a bill.  Feel free to forward us your information through the feedback page.  Your support, both input and donations will help us get this bill passed and regain and protect our unalienable Rights for ourselves and our posterity!
