This is a formal Declaration and Petition by We The People, as sovereign Citizens of the State of Texas, that under authority and God-given, inalienable right, we demand and petition for the following actions by our public servants, holding them Accountable to their Oath of Office:
Whereas, the Federal government has violated the original intent of our founding fathers in the misconstruction and violation of the U.S. Constitution against the will of, and without the consent of We The People; and
Whereas, the Federal government has stepped outside the explicit authority, and misconstrued the original meaning and intent of Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution in order to expand its powers in violation of We The People's rights and sovereign powers; and
Whereas, the Federal government has moved to a Democratic form of government, in violation of the mandates and explicit requirement for a Republican form of government; and
Whereas, the Federal government has condoned the Congress' delegation of the power to "coin money" and "set the value thereof" to the Federal Reserve, without the authority to do so under the U.S. Constitution, thereby destroying our free market economy and devaluing our currency; and
Whereas, the Federal government has allowed the removal of gold-backed currency from us and the implementation of a fiat currency, violating the standards and principles of sound money, and infringing upon the economic future of America and We The People; and
Whereas, the Federal government has, in a blatant misconstruction, violated We The People's 2nd Amendment rights and infringed upon our right to form militias for the protection and support of our communities; and
Whereas, the Federal government has, with serious violations of the intent of the 1st Amendment right to freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof, instituted a false doctrine of "separation of church and state" which appears nowhere within the Constitution; and
Whereas, the Federal government has violated the State Sovereignty of all states and their explicit powers under Article 1 Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution and in violation of the 10th Amendment; and
Whereas, the Federal government has violated the original meaning and intent of the "Commerce" and the "General Welfare" clauses of the U.S. Constitution to overstep its authority and to infringe upon the unalienable rights, enumerated in the Bill of Rights, and those unenumerated that are found in the 9th Amendment to the Constitution; and
Whereas, the Federal government has required the states to set up agencies and policies to further infringe upon the unalienable rights of the state citizens and We The People; and
Whereas, the State governments have been forced to comply with unconstitutional federal legislation in violation and without the consent of the governed
We The People, hereby Demand and Petition our State public servants to immediately move for the restoration of the complete and unadulterated Sovereignty of Texas, explicitly adhering to the 10th Amendment wording of the U.S. Constitution.
Further, We The People, hereby Demand and Petition our State public servants to move for a complete restoration of all the inalienable rights, enumerated in the first 8 Amendments and unenumerated in the 9th Amendment of the Bill of Rights, and the abolishment of all legislation which infringes in the least upon the rights of the people; and
Further, We The People, hereby Demand and Petition our State public servants to move for a complete restoration of the 1st Amendment right to freedom of religion and free exercise thereof, and the abolishment of all legislation and case law referring to the "doctrine of separation of church and state," and
Further, We The People, citizens of the Republic of Texas, do hereby Demand and Petition that our State public servants compel the U.S. Federal government to respond immediately to this presentment and address these Constitutional violations and come into compliance with our Constitution immediately; or
We The People, hereby Demand that, in the event that the Federal government of the United States of America does not cease and desist their unconstitutional actions and come into compliance with the original intent of our founders, that our State public servants do immediately, and without reservation, immediately call for a vote on secession by the Citizens of the great Republic of Texas. This vote to take place within 30 days.
Lastly, should the great Republic of Texas secede from the union, We demand that the United States of America should restore the Republic of Texas to its original boundaries of 1844 and all property of the Citizens of Texas, and a plan for the peaceful transition of all property, business and financial markets and contracts, held outside the Republic of Texas, be returned to their rightful owners, the Citizens of the Republic of Texas.
