Gerry Donaldson created this class to finally give Americans the opportunity to learn the Constitution, its founding principles and the values, ethics, and morals as our founders understood and that were embedded into the founding structure of our government in the Constitution.

Is this like the online Constitution Course offered by Hillsdale College?  NO!

What makes this class different?  Let's look at the alternatives:

1. Obama's Constitution Class (Progressive Living Constitution)

President Barak Hussein Obama taught a typical Constitution class as interpreted by liberal progressives (see definition below).  This interpretation is the furthest away from what our founders believed in when they won the revolutionary war and established our form of government.  This interpretation almost completely follows the Marxist/Fabian Socialist philosophy and embraces the 10 planks of the Communist manifesto. In this interpretation, the government can basically do anything it wants to do to further the Marxist agenda.  Like Vladimir Lenin's "Socialist Democratic Party," democracy is used as the means to further the socialist agenda. It completely opposes all Judeo-Christian moral and value judgments and, therefore any resemblance to the ethics followed by our founders.

 Def: Liberal progressives - Those inspired by the philosophy of Karl Marx, founder of Socialism,  Communism, Fascism and Germany's Nazi (National Socialist).

2. Traditional Law School Constitution Class (Corrupted Constitution)

Traditional law schools embrace an interpretation of the Constitution  that is based on the nationalistic viewpoint of Alexander Hamilton and the "Federalists."  This interpretation has, over time, has moved our government away from the principles that most of our founders believed in and toward a modern feudal system (see below) that does not respect the sovereignty of the people nor the states. This corrupted form of government has replaced our God-given, unalienable rights (see below) with privileges that the government grants and can take away, thus acting like ancient Kings and Queens. In this corrupted form of government, the fundamental principles of self-government, self-responsibility and limited governmental power have been stripped away from the people over time.  We typically refer to those that follow this interpretation as neo-conservatives, neo-cons, RHINOs (republicans in name only), or progressive conservatives.  Lawyers and Judges love this form of government as it allows them maximum power to change the government as it sees fit.

Def: Feudal system - The system of Kings, monarchs, lords and their peasants where all property is owned by the King or his delegated nobility.

Def: Unalienable Rights - Rights every human has upon birth and not granted by any government. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

3. The Constitution as the Founders Understood It - (Original Intent - This Class)

This interpretation of the Constitution is completely based on the fundamental principles, morals, ethics and values of our liberty-loving founders.  This interpretation is the original as written in the documents, writings, and letters of our founding fathers and expounds the principles of freedom and liberty that can only exist under a very limited federal and republican form of government.  In this original interpretation, people retain all their God-given, unalienable rights, the government has very limited, delegated powers. It is a government strictly by the consent of "We the People." The government is held within the strict boundaries and limitations set down in the Constitution.  Obviously, those who teach the other two interpretations of the Constitution are threatened with this class on the Original intent of our founders as it empowers We the People and prevents "misconstruction and abuse" as declared in the Preamble to the Bill of Rights.
